Fender Stratocaster

Back

1968 model reissue with oversized headstock, made in Japan. I used this guitar for years & have done countless gigs on it.
For many years this was my only axe. Originally this guitar had a white pickguard but in my eyes, the shell adds personality.
I also swapped out the neck pickup with a Blue Lace Sensor from my Griffiths Strat. The graphic on the bottom holds no
significance, I just wanted to put something there so I doodled a bit until I came up with something I liked.
I think it looks pretty cool.
Strung with Dean Markley Jazz: .012-.054. The .026 wound G is exchanged for a .020 plain steel.
